  : Nice location thought we would get a good view because of where the hotel is located but just sadly facing a tree. Food was nice eventually.
  : Bad customer service and communication issues. Said our room would be ready at 3 when we booked arrived there at 3:15 had to wait 45 minutes for our room arrived at our room then key card didn’t work so we had to go to reception. Then later in the evening we didn’t want to go out for food so thought we would get room service, called the number it said to ring online but put us through to a random room in the hotel so we had to go to the restaurant to order once we placed our order we headed upstairs again but were rung shortly after to come back to reception as there was apparently an issue food came with a bit of waiting and was a bit cold however nicely presented. There also was not a lift to get up to the higher 140+ rooms so we had to go up multiple stair cases throughout our stay.

  : Didn't have breakfast so I can't talk about that but the room was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in anywhere. Literally the best night's sleep I ever had in a hotel or B+B. Best certainly in that price range.
  : There was no wifi which was an issue for both me and my partner. Honestly apart from the toilet being a bit of a pain to flush (it required several hard attempts each time) the hotel was pretty great.
