  : Location was good for me. Wifi was fast and v decent smart TV. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Bathroom and bedroom clean.
  : The booking process generally was poor; awkward and inconvenient (signing forms and security deposit etc to get key code). However, the check-in process itself was a nightmare - easily the worst I've ever experienced in years of staying away from home for work. The photograph showing the location of the key box is WRONG. This shows the letterbox and key box for no 9. The key box is not the usual sort mounted to a wall, but looks like some kind of bike lock, casually tossed at the bottom of the railings. I struggled to find the key box as the security light stayed on only for about 5 seconds at a time. In the dark it was awkward to use. Using my phone light, it took me 20 minutes to get into. Good job it was not raining or I would have given up. Seriously, the instructions need to be MUCH clearer, accurate and helpful (e.g.. what the key box looks like and how to actually open it, bring a torch). General dcor is minimal and practical bare walls, wooden bench, cheap furnishings, just a main lighting (no corner lamps). Ok if thats your thing but I found it soulless if not actually depressing. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. Many surfaces felt greasy to me.

  : Ease of entry, comfy beds, layout of the apartment, large TV. Care package of cleaning items. The squirrels in the garden and the owls hooting at night.
  : Cleanliness on arrival could have been better had to clean the fridge, would have been a nice touch to had a small supply of milk in the fridge so you can get a drink but otherwise very comfortable. Building materials scattered outside do not represent great kerb appeal but the apartment was good.

  : Beds and mattress poor quality. No fans either present we were a family of 4 people. master bed had single beds which we joined together so make a decent size double bed. other single beds were small and mattress of poor quality. In kitchen hob was not working, so we were advised to keep the main door open during cooking for ventilation
