  : Almost nothing - the staff were pleasant.
  : We chose this accommodation as the reviews were excellent. It was not what we expected especially for the price (120 pounds a night). The pub was ordinary and located on a busy road (several metres away) and a good 2.5 km walk along a narrow, busy road from W. Malvern. Our ground floor flat was partially refurbished and reminded me of a gloomy 1970s London bedsit with an uninviting guest entrance. The bathroom was clean and relatively modern and the kitchen had all appliances that we could need. However, the bedroom was very dark and overlooked a grubby yard (parking I think). The dreary sitting room had a table, a sofa, a TV - and a bed. Not the high-end B&B we thought we had booked. The much trumpeted view through one window was non existent - except if you are a traffic watcher. It could not compare with other accommodation where we had stayed in England and Scotland (10 in all) at much the same price. We paid the bill and checked out after 20 mins. We found excellent alternative accommodation with a fabulous view and 25 pounds a night cheaper in W Malvern.
