  : Perfect location, nice and quiet. Easy and convenient parking too. Frequent buses running very close to property to get into Edinburgh easily. Very comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Handy having 2 bathrooms too.
  : Just a few missing/broken items in the apartment but it didn't ruin our holiday so not a big problem.

  : Apartment is large and spacious and clean and IT works well.
  : On-street parking requested due to mobility unavailable due to extensive 10 week works to underground parking and ramps. Works are 24/4 for 10 weeks. Signs had been up for a week prior to our visit and residents informed. We as guests were not informed. Concrete breaking every morning from 8am with loud drilling under flat windows. We were on very tight 4 day schedule so didn't complain until end of stay. Owner said they could've refunded or moved us if they had known earlier and took no responsibility for the issue. I am writing this review to warn others that the streetworks around the flat are very extensive and will cause any guests issues unless they are not in the apartment 8-4. Also some black mould in one bedroom and broken shower in one of the bathrooms.

  : spacious unit. near a fisherman wharf and supermarket.
  : the lift was out of service, we had to use the stairs to go up and down on the 3rd and 4th days. I have 1 senior and 1 kid. on the last day, my wife and i have to carry all our belongings from the 3rd floor to the ground floor via stairs instead of elevator 3 times. it was a good exercise for us, but bad for our back.

  : 1. The property was well maintained. 2. Had all the amenities as advertised. 3. The location was beautiful with a view of the ocean, the mornings were pleasant.4. The property was well connected to the city centre. It is the starting/last stop for bus number 11 which goes through the entire city. The bus runs very frequently (I believe every 15 mins). 5. The kitchen was positive for us. We were a group of 6 and the kitchen had plenty of pans and cutlery.
  : 1. There were no toiletries/laundry detergents. I did not report this as we had some toiletries with us and we bought rest in the nearby ASDA, but it would be good to have these in the property.2. The shower was a bit challenging. Getting the balance with the temperature of the water was very tricky :(

  : Great property with everything you need. It was clean and as described. It was spacious, well equipped. We loved exploring the city and getting back to this quiet area.
