  : it was located next to a bus stop which took you straight to the centre of Edinburgh
  : I would like to express our concern about the state in which we found our apartment on arrival. It was really unacceptable especially in the current covid crisis we are in at the moment! I have attached pictures and a video of the apartment. I booked with you for my mums 50th birthday so we feel extremely disappointed and let down. We rang the manager at the time as we could not possibly stay in this apartment and he sent us to fetch our own key to another apartment. Which after a long tiring day driving was not the best start to our holiday. The second apartment although a much improvement on the first one was still extremely disappointing. There was only 3 chairs around a table for 4 of us. We had to buy our own forks as there was only 2 which we have left in the property. The freezer was unusable (see picture attached).And it seemed that this apartment had been broken into at some point as the lock was a mess and the doorframe had fallen off with large nails sticking out (see pictures attached) which left the chain also unusable! There was only one set of curtains in the lounge which were barely hanging on and mugs and plates were chipped. However the biggest inconvenience was the fact that there was only enough water each day for 1 out of the 4 of us to have a hot shower which is completely unacceptable. As I said this was supposed to be a special occasion for my mums birthday and it was really disappointing to find this apartment in such a state. I sent this as an email to city padzz TWICE after our stay including pictures of the state of the rooms and they havent bothered to reply!

  : Collected keys easily from Reseption, we made our way to the flat 7 block 7, it was clean and spacious, the location was good with quick buses into town,
  : The facilities needed lots of work, The freezer door fell off when we opened it, the door frame was broken round the front door, the walls in the bedrooms were dirty along with the curtains, we also witnessed a car getting broke into and had to call the police, the hot water was also hit and miss

  : The apartment was located in a convenient place but there where a few Maintenance issues in the Apartment, lights in One shower not working, lights in Kitchen area not working, Fridge and Freezer very poor especially for a Hygiene purposes, one bedroom window latch broken,Heater on wall in entrance to Apartment living room hanging on one bolt and had to ask for extra Towels as only enough for one person,so overall maintenance poor

  : the bus transport and system was really good and easy to use and the staff was friendly.
  : I do not think the apartment we stayed in matches what is shown in the photos. I was happy to pay what was charged but anymore than that, I think I would I would of complained further. The Wi-Fi did not work, there is a lot of wear and tear at the apartment such as the bath seal coming away and mould, stained carpets and quite uncomfortable beds.

  : Apartment was smelly, rundown and could not open window with need of a deep clean and maintenance. The staff were amazing however given 1 star rating as when i expressed my disappointment they advised there was nothing they could do
