  : Nice open-plan layout. Comfy sofa. Good location close to the dockside in Leith. Nearby bus stop for going into central Edinburgh. Showers and heating worked well.
  : Traffic noise extremely loud. The apartment is right on the main road through Leith within large single-glazed windows looking directly onto the street. We needed ear plugs to have any chance of sleeping.

  : very spacious modern and cool. good room set up maximising beds and very versatile. great location central in Leith
  : busy road so traffic noise and no parking although easy to park on road nearby. few things missing like chopping board, coat hooks and toilet roll holders and no terrestrial TV only streaming but all minor issues. pretty expensive

  : Interior Design is nice. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean on arrival.
  : The heating did not work on the weekend we were there. Plus: The street in front of the building is rather noisy.

  : We loved the size, the decor and modern fixtures, the proximity to the tram, and theres an Aldi right down the street. Rachel, the owner, was extremely responsive and even came by personally to set up the tv.
  : The washer/dryer. Definitely not the high capacity washers we have in the states- and even on four hour dry cycles, the clothing still came out damp. There is a drying rack though.

  : The location is near to big supermarket. So it is quite convenient to go shop some food.
  : The bed room design is strange and not comfortable to sleep. Big living room but small bed rooms. We park the car on street in front of the apartment and the BMW logo on on our car has been stolen.
