  : This place is across from the park and not to far from ocean
  : Room size was very tight when we had room 3. Noisy, being next to busy street and no air conditioning, so we needed windows open some. Toilets here don’t seem to flush good and needs places to hang towels after shower. This building over all is very old so you hear people moving around in building and the doors to some of the rooms is right next to your neighbor so you will here the coming and going

  : It took us 25 min walk from the bus station, I consider this as 'quite close to the city centre'. Our room was facing the park, I enjoyed the view sitting by the window. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable.
  : Not dislike but to consider: It is an oldish building (which I love in terms of architecture) with signs of tear and wear. The bathroom needs a little renovation.

  : This is the worst place anyone can stay and the reasons are as follows:1. The rooms and bathroom are having black mould which is extremely hazardous for health especially children. If you want black mould allergy/ infection, this is the best place. I have pictures to prove it.2. ⁠You can literally hear people talking in the next room. It’s an absolute nuisance. It’s like being in a dormitory with cardboard separators.3. ⁠The paint is chipping from various places in the room.4. ⁠The rooms have a stench which definitely is coming from being badly cleaned.It’s an absolute horror and I am surprised how this health and safety hazard is still functioning.I would advise that instead of renting a room in this hotel , get a tent and sleep in it. It’s far more better. Hope this reaches the management and they wake up.

  : The price was very good compared to most other places I looked. The room looked clean and tidy. I liked how there were spare toilet rolls and towels and tea making supplies available in the reception if you needed more. Shower had hot water.
  : The beds weren’t the best quality and the shower drain was clogged so water could overflow if you didn’t have a super quick shower.

  : Room was large and spacey. One of the mattresses was uncomfortable but the other was excellent. There was a bit of a dampness in the room probably due to the previous residents having spilled water (?) on the carpet. Easy to check in and check out. Bus stops within 2-3 minutes. Supermarkets within 2 minutes. Beautiful garden/park opposite of the property where we saw people enjoying a quiet time.
  : Room on first floor so carrying up luggage was difficult. Room was a bit damp (but we opened the windows so all well). View is of the parking lot - the room we were assigned did not have the Park view.
