  : Decent sized room, very comfortable would stay again.
  : For 3 women staying in the one room there wasnt enough mirrors to all get ready at same time. Theres plenty wall space for a tall full length mirror

  : Good location, 10 minutes away from Haymarket and 15 minutes away from the Old town (which is a lovely walk). The room was small but affordable (for Edinburgh standards anyway). The bed was really comfortable, and there was good shower pressure.

  : Very very dirty! Stained pillows, blood stained mattress, dust everywhere and very poor customer service! Out of 2 nights we stayed 1, only because we had nowhere else to go and slept dressed on top of the bed, we took the keys back and complained about it and all we were told was ok, bye!. If youre not bothered about hygiene then this is your place, very central and usually free parking for guests.

  : Its perfect for a short stay, great price for being quite close to the city centre. The location was great and with different bus stops nearby. Personally I would also be able to stay longer, the room was comfortable and clean, had what I needed. Just be careful with the hot shower faucet. Overall, the room is not luxurious but remember you get what you pay for. Why expect something different from a cheaper stay? The staff was helpful with my luggage and things I needed.
  : Rooms can be a quiet place but they are not necessarily soundproof. It depends on how noisy neighbors can be. All good other than that. No breakfast available at the property but there are just several places to eat nearby.

  : Room was very comfortable in size, comfortable bed and the stand for tea for nice. Clean bathroom and hot shower.
  : Sound through the door of the hallway was disturbing and sound through the bathroom walls made it feel less private.

  : Location excellent, 20 min walk from royal mile! Near canal and some close eating options. Dedicated parking spaces which we were the only one to use. Great price for location. Zero noise from the road as we were at the back. This was perfect for us. We wanted budget, close walk, and parking.
  : Very basic and pokey room with 2 beds crammed in. Stained pillows like bags of cotton wool balls. Found 1 which was memory foam thankfully. Paper thin dividing walls could hear peoples distinct conversations in the morning. Loud hallway and banging doors but thankfully no late night or very early morning guests. I wear ear plugs so not issue for me. The host was blunt and not engaging at all despite us trying to chat, werent asked if we enjoyed our stay or asked anything! Maybe 10 words spoken to us. Not the right person for a hosting job. Glad we didnt need anything over our 24 hour stay! No recommendations of sights or anything, just a very basic budget stay. Clean enough and had all we needed so we coped with the cons!
