  : The location is very near old town and lots of shops and restaurants. Walk anywhere easily. Best breakfast is across the street. The rooms are big and have lots of daylight. Some Plugs have USB interface
  : The kitchen is poorly appointed. No toaster or coffee maker. Dull knives and no condiments ( salt pepper oil) (Very kind host brought knives and a spatula upon request) No prep stuff like measuring cups. Location is very noisy all day and in any season. Two blocks from a fire station = siren every few minutes 24/7. Thin windows bring all the local bar scene into your rooms. Lighting is poor in the bedrooms. No alarm clocks.

  : Bright, clean and spacious. Good location, 10 minutes walk to Grassmarket. The host text us at 1pm to say we could check in early.
  : No complaints, however Edinburgh is noisy at night! Luckily my ear buds were packed!

  : The location is amazing and for a one night stay it is cheap and in a very central location walking distance to everything.
  : The windows didn't shut fully, as it's on a busy street where all sounds and smells can and did come in. Shower was also very poor. Some of the towels were not clean.

  : Allowed early check in after a long flight. However we had to vacate property at 10am sharp.
