  : The apartment is quite clean and spacious
  : The shower was NOT WORKING! The water from the shower was extremely small .. it barely reached my body and i couldnt bathe.. worse., the water turned icy cold after 2 minutes! Brought it up to management and they promised to rectify the next day. The next day after we returned from our day trip the problem still persisted. My son was bathing halfway n the water turned icy cold n he had to finish the shower in cold water. Edinburgh was cold with an average temperature of 10 degrees or less at night. Again they said they will rectify. But it was not rectified until the fourth day. We stayed there for 5 nights and every day whilst having my holiday I was communicating with the management about our plight. Really not pleasant! Even though we went through this we were not offered any change of room or any alternative until the 4th day when the shower was already repaired. Even a one star hotel would offer a better shower.

  : The location of the hotel is fine; the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable.
  : Bed bugs appeared in bed and bit me at night. At 2am, I had to change to another room. The next day, the onsite manager said I'll receive at least partial refund, but no follow-up so far. This was the first time I had bedbugs.

  : 5-10 minutes walk from Haymarket station. Spacious apartment, has everything we need for a short stay. Washing machine is in the room but not for drying, you can request the service with the staff who assist us with it. Many thanks :)
  : The refrigerator doesn't seem to work, it was leaking. Floor a bit dusty at the corners.

  : I liked the location in the city, and how it was easy to reach the historical center just by walking a dozen of minutes. Not far away we can also find restaurants, pubs, and a shop.Space in the apartment was far enough for us, like was the equipment. And the staff was very friendly.
  : It was quite hot in the apartment entrance and in the bathroom, without being able to identify where this heat was coming from. No problem of this kind in the bedroom and living room.
