  : Nothing. It was the worst experience ever!! Booking.com should ban this property from advertising on their website. The same set of grievances are continued since before COVID!!
  : no garden view, no warm water in the bathroom, no curtain in the bathroom window, room heater not working, no insulation in the bathroom, host was never on the property and most of the time unresponsive

  : Easy transport into town.
  : Property was surrounded by builders during day banging and swearing outside window. Not prior communication about building works on property. Cleaner waiting outside door for us to leave prior to checkout time. Not curtain in bed room and heat in bathroom and light above sink not working.

  : I attended the guest house on 27/04/2024 for 1 night. There was no car parking available at the property like it had advertised and instead the property had a notice up upon arrival stating to park my vehicle in a car park across the Road in a sports centre.This was not ideal as we were using a hire car.From here, the situation became worse. Upon arrival the front door was open and the inside door was shut so we followed the instructions originally provided via a key safe and then put the key back.I then found in the hallway a key in an envelope with my name on and instructions to enter the kitchen and then go through the next door which would lead to our bedroom.Upon entering the kitchen, it was chaotic with items not put away, the tumble dryer on with a pipe sifting out hot air through a window in which a brick was being used to keep the window open which again wasnt secure.Upon leaving the kitchen to go towards our bedroom; our bedroom door was wide open and unlocked.This is not a safe arrival as other guests could have entered the bedroom before us and tampered with items or caused hygiene issues before our arrival. Our bedroom door shouldve been locked.Following this, further issues arose;1. The light within our bedroom had 3 x bulbs out of order.2. The bathroom window had only half a screen covered, without any blinds in place and therefore anyone looking from the back of the property could have seen myself or partner in the shower or on the toilet.3. The bathroom window does not lock properly and upon trying to open it at all, it did not open.4. The bathroom lock is not real. Upon turning it, it is a fake lock to make it look as though the door would lock however there is no feature to allow it to.5. The property had scaffolding on the front and back of the property and there was an ironbru drink can which had been left on the outside of our bedroom window.

  : The location was handy to the centre there were buses and trains or not too expensive Ubers. The shower was okay and I think the towels and bed sheets were clean. Self check in was useful. Good for one night but not a great sleep.
  : Not like the pictures, full construction site but luckily didnt hear it while there. The room stank of cigarette smoke when we arrived despite it being a no smoking place. Paper thin walls and the room is in the hallway so you hear everyone else talking even very quietly, you can hear everything from the room in the hallway too. Its more of a converted cupboard with a bathroom, covered in dust and bugs.

  : Clean and comfortable host helpful and friendly greeted on arrival. Off street parking across the road in college grounds.
  : Felt abit run down host could have been there for breakfast as other guests were confused about helping themselves to cereal and packaged pastries available.
