  : Everything we stayed in a market room and the views from priceless.
  : I think the only thing to improve was maybe to have a long mirror somewhere in the room maybe in the wardrobe door or something. But everything else was truly spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  : We received a complementary upgrade when the air con in our room was not working properly as it was a super hot summer day! This was a lovely surprise and made the stay all the more special! The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly. Both the rooms we had for the stay were gorgeous!
  : Nothing, the entire experience was great. Parking was a little tricky becayse the hotel has limited parking but there is a car park close by, you just have to be switched on with paying for and moving your car as the car parks have a limited stay time.

  : Fabulous location right in the centre of a lovely historic town. We had a market place apartment and it was spacious, light and the bed was very comfortable. All the little extras were supplied such as kettle, iron and quality toiletries .
  : It was a large place with lots of corridors and different levels so difficult and confusing to navigate around but that wasn’t really a problem.

  : Great location and nice decor and vibe.
  : Wi-fi a bit slow. A fair bit of noise transfer between rooms and corridor. Wasn't too busy when have stayed the last 2 weeks but might be more of an issue when busy

  : Food was brilliant, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
  : Didn't like the fact that thetes not adequate parking and that you had to book in advance. We had to park a short walk away and pay gor our duration.

  : The breakfast. My husband asked for a truffle omelette and there was no truffle in there and it was super plain. I had eggs Benedict and the poached eggs were uncooked. The smell in our room was terrible. Smelt a little like sewage. It was supposed to be our mini honeymoon break and it just didn’t feel very honeymoon-esque unfortunately. Fairly overpriced for a basic room overall.

  : Check in was extremely well managed. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. (way before the 3:00 pm check-in time) and explained to the lady at the reception that we wouldn't be returning until around 12:30 a.m. as we were going to a wedding and reception. We were advised that this would be no problem at all. After being advised of our apartment no. and given a ticket for our case, we left the case in the reception and returned later to retrieve the room key and to find our luggage already in the room. A very smooth and professional experience, given the time and no. of guests also returning from the wedding to the hotel at the same time.
  : Parking was an issue as didn't really want to leave my car in a public car park some distance from the hotel ... but guess that's what you have to do to ensure you get a prime city centre location.
