  : open plan, lots of really hot water, garden room with under floor heating and easy access to garden for our dogs, log burner with starter kit , gas range,welcome goodies, enclosed garden, dog friendly, parking and in walking distance to services/ shop.
  : some road noise from dual carriageway. We visited at the beginning of November, unfortunately the heating made a clunking noise through the night. Extra pillows would be useful.

  : Perfect base for our family to explore the cotwolds from. Beautifully warm with under floor heating and log burners. Well equipped kitchen everything we needed to knock up evening meals after days exploring.
  : The bed in the downstairs bedroom nearest bathroom has dipped near the pillow end making a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Hot water ran put in shower but my kids do spend a long time showering!!
