  : Couldn't full 3 sentences of what I liked to be truthful.
  : If I could rate it as 0, I would. Where do I start? Room 1 stinks, windows extremely (understatement) filthy with dirt embedded in the windows around the ledges. Pubic hair left in the shower (that reportedly didn't work, as declared by the 'owner' as she was informed by a previous guest.. why not fix it before another guest as opposed to misleading another guest to using the room?) How didn't the 'cleaner' spot the hair (see attachment) when servicing the room? Have some self respect for the reputation of your business!! More embedded dirt IN the shower, needless to say I didn't take a shower. Honestly, f*cking disgusting. I have taken pictures for proof. Bed sheets were claimed to of been cleaned from the guest the night before (a lie, I expect) when the land lady (presumably) changed the bed sheets, whilst conjouring up laughable excuses as to why the sheets were filthy. More stains on the new bed sheets, which more excuses were made (which there seemed to be no surprise they were stained). After the complaint, the land lady had the audacity to charge me full price for a Stella, as opposed to a gesture considering the inhumane condition of the room. Honestly, wouldn't let a dog stay there.

  : Zina, the manager was excellent. I love the relaxed and calm atmosphere the most. Extremely good value for money. It was also fun and lively in the pub downstairs. The cleaners and other staff were very accommodating. No problem too great for them. Excellent parking facilities. Would stay again and recommend.

  : Struggled for parking Room and bathroom was really dirty. I mean really, really dirty. Were not snobs, weve stopped in hostels, shacks, slept on floors. But it wasnt a place suitable to rent out.

  : I like how we were formally met by a member of staff and shown around the property,It was affordable- it wasn't very costly, there's an option to play pool and have a drink in the pub, availability for parking was free, the staff were friendly,the room was a decent size, a towel was provided coffee and tea was provided.
  : There were no pillow and mattress protectors, there was a stain on the sheet, the main light did not work so we had to use the lamp provided, the kettle was quite dirty, there was no tea spoon or stiring sticks for the coffee and cups supplied, there were no net curtains for privacy although there were curtains, the toilet and shower could have been regularly cleaned as it was shared and could have smelt and look a bit cleaner, there was no hand wash or shower gel and no where to dry your hands.

  : It was noisy. It wasn't clean. Things were in a bad state of repair. Generally not fit for purpose.

  : The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The Midland is very relaxing, cheerful, fun, gregarious and no fuss. I liked the fact there was a bible in my bedside cabinet. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fan in the room.
