  : quite a long walk to theatre/ town hall. needs a new battery in controller for tv - would only work on C4 in loungetv in bedroom didn’t workkey box/ door lock interesting

  : Close to town. The location was ideal for our plans which is why we booked.
  : After difficulties entering the property via lockbox, which I spent ten minutes waiting outside to access. We then went to shower before getting ready to go out at around 8pm to realise we had absolutely no hot water (or heating). I did phone the number provided and was told I could move apartments which I was greatful for to be able to shower. However it was such a big inconvenience on the evening. It was also my friends 30th birthday so I had gone in before hand to set up a few baloons as a suprise meaning all of this had to be moved and we were then late for our evening plans. The problem was rectified by moving us which I was greatful for, however this did massively inconvenience us and partially ruin the evening. I think an offer of reimbursement or at the very least an apology should have been given. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience at all. I have used bliss apartments twice now but I very much doubt I will be using again.
