  : I got there earlier then expected but the room was ready and they allowed me to check in straight away The beds where comfy and clean I didnt expect it to be as spacious as it was
  : You guys need to add a better TV Smoking should be allowed on the balcony we are not kids, if someone has been irresponsible then you can just charge them! Not the best idea to have a non access balcony. Did make me feel like a child. 2 story place and quiet spacious but freezing cold because the heating doesnt work and they only left 1 of them electric heaters you should have left 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs the bathroom and kitchen was freezing. Its way to cold to not have heating readily available please bare that in mind. Lastly as you enter the hallways look more like student accommodation then a luxury place! So a lil falsely advertised. The hallways carpets should at least be hoovered ready for guests The decor was also awful inside the flat honestly looks like a man put it together. Every detail matters. This place has potential however!!!

  : All the facilities were first class and very well appointed.
  : My wife was in a wheelchair and at times access to the apartment was difficult due to vans and cars parked on the pavement leading to the building.
