: The bungalow was relatively clean and tidy; spotless, no but absolutely fine and I didnt feel the need to clean anything before settling in. The bed was comfy and as there was only the two of us in the 4-bed bungalow, we had plenty of towels. Three tea towels, 10 dishwasher tablets, 2 bin bags as well as 2 packs of flash wipes and an assortment of cleaning products were provided. The property is located closely to Falmouth and surrounding attractions.
: The wifi signal wasnt strong enough for the smart TV, so we ended up connecting our phones to wifi and using them to hotspot the tv - worked fine most of the time with a bit of buffering. Also the light above the kitchen table didnt work and there was only one toilet roll provided. Start the jigsaws at your own risk as we discovered the one puzzle had one piece missing (left a note in the box because its soul destroying)

: Very clean, warm and cosy. Had everything I needed; books, dvds and jigsaws were a nice touch for rainy evenings. Bath and hand Towels provided. (Bring your own for beach/swimming). Washing machine and dishwasher a useful addition. The windows were cleaned and the meter read (from outside) while I was there, which surprised me as I wasnt expecting to find a man right outside the door! The cottage is in the middle of a woodland setting on quite a large estate with other holiday rental houses, so it did feel a bit surrounded but on the plus side, its in a valley so was sheltered from the worst of Storm Eunice. There is a central bar/gym/small pool area. I didnt use this so cant comment on it. Its only a couple of minutes drive to Swanpool Beach, which has watersports, cafe and toilets. A few more minutes brings you round to Gylly beach and the rest of Falmouth. The Falmouth Hotel do a day pass for their pool/gym for 7. St Michaels also do a day pass but at the extortionate rate of 20. All in all, a lovely stay despite the weather! Thanks :)
: It was difficult to find the cottage on arrival as it was dark and raining. More specific directions round the estate would help, or a site map emailed in advance. The shower could do with updating, it works but looks old and yellowed and doesnt have much ooomph!
