  : The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was useable. The location was fantastic for getting into Falmouth and the surrounding areas. Shower was great.
  : We arrived at our book in time and it hadnt been cleaned. We complained, and cleaners were sent in. Arrived for a second time. Everything was still very dirty - there was dog hair everywhere from previous visitors, floor was sticky and unclean, it smelled like dog in the downstairs area. None of the kitchenware had been cleaned properly. The dishwasher was in a poor state - numbers were rubbed off and it was difficult to use. There was still grime under the bin and rugs - clearly hadnt been cleaned properly.
