  : Nicely appointed cottage, with managed gardens and some holiday park type facilities, Comfortable double bed, with lovely sheets. Nice sized living quarters (though TV was very slow). Fantastic shower. All very clean. Allocated parking space very close. We would come back here, as it was close to road links to get anywhere in Cornwall that we wanted to go, and Falmouth itself is a really nice little harbour town, with lots to do, and places to eat/drink. Pickle (our dog) particularly liked watching the antics of the squirrels and rabbits out in the shared garden from the patio window (though she was most upset by the robot grass cutter !!!)
  : Only disappointment was that due to staff shortages, we were unable to get more than a drink at the site clubhouse, which closed at 8pm each night, and didn't do the advertised food. Had it been open, we'd have love to do the Pizza or Mexican nights that were advertised.

  : Allocated parking space. Location and ease of access to surrounding area. The kids liked the tennis courts. Friendly staff in site office. Bright and Airy property, with lovely surrounding gardens. Wooden floor is always great with dogs in the family.
  : Hot water was a nightmare. Always had to boost and wait for water to be warm. Awkward for showering with a family of four and for doing washing up etc as no dishwasher. The property was cold (April stay) and the electric wall heater in the main open plan living area was not working. It was a fabulous property if smaller details such as providing Bath Sheets and decent cutlery. Smoke alarms were very sensitive and stopped us from cooking at the property which was not great as it is a self catering holiday house.

  : Lovely surroundings with flowers trees and birds. The cottage was bright and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable.
  : The settee was deep (front to back) and scatter cushions had been removed due to Covid safety measures. The TV was new and did not have the necessary cable to link to the DVD player.

  : Heating was tripped out when we got there and is hard to get the level right internet can be slow but was no real issue

  : Home from home and lovely decor. Spotless and well stocked with so much. Only downside and its a personal thing. Too warm!!! But thats all. We so enjoyed ourselves. A beautiful property.
