  : The hotel is very nice, beds are very comfortable and a there's a nice rooftop terrace to see the hot air ballons in the morning.
  : Many noisy guests in the middle of the night.

  : I loved the location, I loved the stuff as well as they were kind and really helpful. The place was also in a good location as we were able to see the air balloons from our place and it was 10 minutes away from the city centre.

  : The breakfast was lacking choices of eggs, potatoes and breakfast meat. It was the same every day. It was the poorest breakfast that we had on a three week trip.

  : It's a quaint hotel. I had a nice, big room. The bed was pretty comfortable. I stayed for three nights and preferred not to have maid service for that time, which they fully complied with, and every day I came back to my room, there was a new, full bottle of water and a fresh toilet paper roll waiting at my door. I thought that was nice. It's on the edge of the main area in Greme, but still easy enough to walk to the town.
  : The set up of the rooms. There were four rooms facing each other in the section I was in and I could hear everything. The doors don't close easily so people slam their doors shut all the time. I could hear people talking outside my door. The last night was especially bad when an entire extended family had that floor and the one below (the stairs are open to each floor), and they were yelling to each other till all hours when I had to get up early. I was beyond annoyed. I'm not sure they offer the best deals when they book things for you. My airport transfer cost more than other people in the same shuttle, staying at other hotels. Seems strange, considering I was the first to be dropped off from the airport, and the last to be picked up, going to the airport, which means it's the closer to the airport than the other hotels, The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I only ate it once.

  : Really loved the hotel.The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Shower working fine. Great view in the rooftop. Walkable from the city center. My daughters loved the place so much. Fatima, the lady in the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was patient in answering all our inquiries and requests. She made sure that well be able to have great time and recommends the tour packages that would fit in our IT. Cappadocia is so beautiful and the people were also warm and friendly. Wish we could go back
