  : I have mixed feelings about the hotel.Uchisar is just incredible, views from hotels terraces are magnificent, you can watch air ballons in the morning, breakfast is very nice. A cave room is very beautiful.Bek from the reception (I am note sure that I spell correctly) was very nice.
  : I have read a lot of reviews about incredible hospitality in this hotel, but unfortunately owners seemed to be away when we stayed. Staff did not speak any English except one guy Bek, and it was a problem. It was very hot in our room. We got a food poisoning in the restaurant (not related to the hotel), and another guy from the reception just smiled and didnt even try to understand what we want from him. So we spend whole day in a hot room without any fresh air, trying to get some air with opening a door it was not funny. We got a mint tea after 2 trials. And we lack other details that made stays in hotel pleasant - possibility to get hot tea in the morning while watching ballons, get some basic info about the city (for example, we wanted to send postcards. they send us to the post office which was close that day). Probably, it was just a coinsidence, but on top of everything we almost missed our flight because there was a problem with a shuttle they arranged for us. And we have to pay 2,5 more for taxy with a lot of stress.We stayed in other hotel in Goreme for the same price (not cheap), but attitude, staff, the level of services and comfort level was totally different. I regret that we opted to try this hotel in Uchisar

  : The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff could not have been nicer and the breakfast was so lovely and personal in the kitchen.

  : We arrived at night and checked in smoothly. The breakfast was serveed by the owner of the hotel and taste/contents were good and service was quite excellent. Though unfortunately we had a problem that the electricities at both our 2 rooms had gone and one of the room could not get the electricity back so soon. However, we appreciated the efforts which hotel onwer made to recover the situation .
  : As mentioned above, the electricity in both of our rooms have gone in the morning of departure which disturbed us to prepare for check-out.
