  : The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, close to all the sights of Cappadocia. The hotel has its own parking lot. Breakfast was good.
  : We had an inconvenience with the hotel staff. The offer stated that it is not necessary to pay for the hotel in advance, and we additionally asked to pay in cash when we are at the hotel. Behind our backs, during our stay, the hotel staff, without consulting us, charged our three nights with a credit card, they used the data stored in the Buking.com database. We did not complain to Booking.com because we have a bad experience that even though we have Genius level 3 status, they almost never protect us in disputed situations.

  : Forget to reach it by pubblic transport, very tiny bathroom, wifi most of the time didn't work.

  : Good location with easy access to getting around the area. Pool area was large and nice amenity to use during the heat wave. Cooler / AC also very helpful.
  : Bathrooms have no vent or fan please upgrade. Also hairdryer needs upgrading. Because it didnt work I had to go to local salon to get a wash & dry.Even at a budget hotel like this, staff needs to have basic customer service training. I could give a million examples. Please upgrade your staff to provide a more welcoming and peaceful environment. As a hotel geared to tourists, it would be wise for the staff (not just reception) to learn at least some useful phrases in other languages.Besides that, some examples of what we experienced: Its not pleasant to jump over huge bags of trash directly blocking the staircase leading to our room, have the floor mopped right under our feet with buckets of water while eating breakfast, our keys being deactivated multiple times for no apparent reason, being woken up from resting by cleaners fighting loudly with each other, slamming things, and smoking on the hallway (daily!), etc.. Im not the type to complain, but please do better. It gives the Kapadokya area a bad name to see this low standard of service.

  : Food was nice.
  : Internet was really really bad. At any place of the hotel.Bath water was very hot and as soon as you would try to make it less hot the pressure dropped down to zero. It was therefore impossible to wash ourselves.
