  : This hotel has a Very good location . Very close to metro station, restaurants and shops. Only one stop away from Taksim. Breakfast was okay! Rooms are clean and very comfortable beds. The receptionist called ( Umut ) is very kind, polite and always happy to help. Umut was very welcoming and helpful. He made us feel happy and Pleased. Umut has such good manners and knows properly how to manage things. He arranged a nice luxury transport for my sisters birthday and decorated the room with some balloons + cake, a very nice little surprise as I asked for. Also, Mr Suleiman was very kind to us. The service was very good and I enjoyed having Turkish tea everyday. Me and my family were happy for our stay at this hotel. Nice and easy hotel transportation. I totally recommend this hotel to families and friends.

  : The location was great, right on the main road; the sea-front road. Food was great, in both restaurants: Chill and Rich. Staff was really cooperative, especially the hotel manager. Very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean. Rooms were spacious, especially the ones consisting of a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Lighting was good.
  : The breakfast was very limited. It was a set menu consisting of an omelet, some cheese, some spreads and little vegetables. It wasn't a buffet. So, we kind of got bored, especially with the kids.

  : very nice staff and that is the only thing you will like about this place highly not recommended
  : Don't trust the reviews nothing about this hotel was good except the staff were so friendly. The room was so dirty and they changed the room for us, then the other was a bit better but yet not clean. The kettle in the room was disgusting. The bathroom sink was leaking, also the shower floor was so dirty. The same breakfast every day nothing changes it's not even an open buffet it's like a tray you get served every day. The restaurant was not clean also. They have only one elevator in the whole place and you have to wait for like 10 mins minimum each time you use it also it always smelled like someone was cooking inside which makes sense because this elevator is for services and guests too. They don't change the bed sheets and sometimes they forget to put clean towels and tissues, the room cleaning service I think is the worst I've ever seen. The receptionist asked me before I leave to give them 10 points on booking which now make sense why the hotel seemed good from the reviews I've read but honestly it was a total waste of money. Tiny room and no window.

  : The staff was really nice and kind, and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great and the location really close to the metro.
  : We would like to have the bathroom cleaned in a better way than it was.Moreover there were some noise coming from the next building that was renovated. The staff couldn't do anything about it, we acknowledge it, but it made our stay a bit noisy.

  : Good hotel with amazing friendly staff. Thank you Umut and Suleiman for being so kind and helpful with the travel arrangements and activities planning. Customer service was top notch as well as room service, with everyday clean towels. Breakfast was tasty and we had a very good time in this hotel, we will definitely come back.
  : Overall, it is a very good hotel, but soundproofing needs improvement, windows let all the noise from outside indoors.
