  : the hotel is central to Osman Bey and Niantai shopping area
  : I had five rooms booked. on the eve of our arrival the hotel canceled our reservation asking for credit cards update. I updated cards and got a confirmation only to wake up to a cancellation on my to the airport. I called the hotel and they claimed my credit cards had not come through but theyd manage something upon my arrival. upon our arrival they gave us four instead of five rooms and amazingly the credit cards were alright.. and we paid a high room rate where they benefited from exchange rates. we accepted their terms because we were exhausted and had nowhere else to go and they capitalized on that. the housekeeping service was a disappointment and the breakfast very limited. the wi fi on our floor did not work for two days. this is singularly the worst experience Ive had with Booking and in all my trips to Istanbul.

  : We stayed at Nil hotel for quite a long time. This hotel has a perfect location. Metro station is just two minutes away. Many shops, cafes around. Many objects are also easily reached on foot if you like walking. If there are some small shortages they are compensated by warm staff. They are much more helpful than even in much more expensive hotels. The staff answers the questions that concerns not only this hotel but also tells you about the town, transport, local customs and offers tea during all the day. Our special greetings to Hakan and Majid!

  : Place in town, close subway station. Good pressure of hot water in shower.
  : Bad soundproofing with others rooms. Dirty ventilation, black spots between seams, brocken showerhead and small toilet in bathroom. Sheet covers instead of proper blankets with bedsheets. Mini Bar was empty and not working, no balcony in room.

  : the location is perfect, 4 minutes from Osman bay metro station and the street is full of good shops and restaurants. the staff is very helpful.
  : the room lighting is not enough but they have us a floor lamp, so ask for one. dont expect much from the breakfast. but it is acceptable

  : The location is excellent, with nearby metro stations, restaurants, and shops. The street is quiet at night. The room had working air conditioning. The breakfast was basic but had everything needed, otherwise, there are nice options around.
  : The wifi was very weak and unreliable, the breakfast room was quite dark, the fridge was not working, and the light in the room/bathroom was poor. There are multiple little things in the room that spoil the impression but are easy to fix in one day (broken plugs, molded silicon sealings in the bathroom, light options).
