  : The location of this property is excellent. Its very close to buses from Pangalti and trains from Osmanbey Metro. The reception is open 24/7 and the reception staff (especially Iman) are very helpful & friendly. Its close to some little bars where its nice to wind down after a big day of sightseeing and theres also some great eateries nearby.
  : The property is very tired and could benefit from a refresh. The towels were very poor quality. The shower was hand held with a fixing that was far too high for short people. The internal stairs in the penthouse apt could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues.

  : The apartment is well-located. It is equipped with sufficient toiletries and kitchen utensils. The environment is generally quiet, However, there were disturbances from the nearby mosque's call to prayer (Istanbul problem in general) and some intrusive noise from the central heating system in the bedroom. The highlight of the residence is undoubtedly its reception. The staff speaks fluent English, is available around the clock, and is exceptionally responsive and helpful, making them one of the best reception teams I've encountered in Istanbul.
  : Despite the efforts of the reception staff to ensure a pleasant stay, several aspects could be improved. Without going into all the details, the hotel rooms, including the "penthouse", require significant repairs and updates to refresh and enhance their appeal and functionality. Additionally, more attention needs to be given to cleaning services. Although the potential for a great stay is there, the current state of the rooms does not meet the expectations set by their pricing and classification at all.

  : Hotel staff are beyond amazing! Firas, Chandler and Iman are extremely friendly, super helpful and go beyond their job to make sure one is satisfied. Despite we knew early check-in wasn't possible, they did their best to make sure we are comfortable till the room was ready. Firas specially was super extremely helpful, personally getting us ice for my twisted ankle when we could not find a place selling ice. Chandler was also very nice making sure we reach where we want to go and providing tips and food recommendations. Finally, Iman helping us get a lost phone back, coordinating with the van driver and delivering the phone to us at the airport. It was an excellent stay because of them. Also, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable.
  : Overall the lighting in the room is good, except for one area which is the sofa/TV area. The room lighting can be stronger. Nothing else :) as everything was really perfect, and our stay was wonderful.
