  : I was a little disappointed. Because the description was not correct. The hotel is located in a small street where there were steep hilly streets. The area is quite dirty. The breakfast was good but at the same time the coffee machine does not work and offers to make instant coffee. which I think does not suit Turkey. The hotel room was also not clean. When I ordered the room, I expected more than a broken bed. In the bathroom, the tiles are broken and the shower is quite dirty

  : The gentlemen running the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They also organized a taxi that did not rip me off when I had to leave! It is close to all the tourist sites.

  : Everything about this property except location. I am a solo traveler who travels for work and leisure both. I have traveled 14 countries so far, never experienced racist behavior and very bad gesture of the hotel staff & manager. I booked this hotel for 2 nights because of the location. I booked a budget friendly room which upon arrival I asked if I can change the room as it is located in the basement of the hotel and I said I am ready to pay. The receptionist said no problem, here you are upgraded to standard room for free. I accepted it. Same night I experienced that AC of the room is not working properly as I set the temperature 18 deg but it reached to 33. I called the receptionist and he came. He said you put it on heating mode now he has changed to the cooling mode (he behaved as if I saw AC for the first time in my life). Anyways, in the mid night the temperature reached again to 35 deg when I felt suffocating, I opened all the windows and and switched of the AC. Next morning while going out for site scenes, I informed the same guy that AC didn't work last night, please check. He said okay. I came back around 8pm, same issue exists. I called at the reception again, now new guy came to the room and gave same instructions. I said I have informed twice since I have arrived here, no action has taken. He said we can give back the same basement room to you if you want or else we refund you and you leave the hotel. I had to catch the flight next day, this all happened around 8-9pm. I said where to find hotel at this hour and I don't want to live in the basement as the very first day I asked that I can pay for the upgradation, you said no fee required. Later he started to argue and misbehaving. He left and later I called at the reception that I would like to leave the hotel and as you said you can refund me, please do that.
