  : dirt, no one vacuumed before the guests arrived, mold everywhere, the shower is falling off, everything is covered in grease, it feels like the rooms havent been cleaned for ten years, the photos in the booking do not match in reality

  : Location is great, strong wi-fi. Thats about it.
  : Where do I start. Theres nothing royal about this hotel except the name. We arrived early and were told to come at 14:00 at check-in time, which was fine. We came back on the clock but the room was not ready for another 40 minutes. The staff tried their best to hurry but a fact is a fact. We had room 102, the windows are facing a busy street which is noisy during the day and almost through the whole night with garbage trucks picking up trash and people being loud after evening drinks. The room itself had issues in the bathroom. The main one being that the door to the toilet was damaged and didnt close at all leaving a gap. The shower door was not closing properly and the bottom part of the sink was cracked. Overall cleanliness is a 3 out of 10, huge amounts of dust in the corners.

  : The towels were dirty and the bathroom was used and worn, without a door or a curtain.

  : Very cool administrator Muhammad. Always helped with all questions. Lifting suitcases or ordering food by delivery - all at the highest level.
  : Air conditioners are leaking. Mold in the bathroom. All week they did not clean the room, did not take out the trash. Horrible shampoo, no toothpaste.

  : Not very clean. Some things in the room were broken -- i.e. window handle or the curtain rod

  : The location is excellent next to Galata tower and the staff very helpful and friendly.
  : Unfortunately the hotel is in need of maintenance: the door of the bathroom didn't close complete, the fridge isn't cold enough, the mattress is old and soft and unfortunately the WC flushing broke during our stay. Additionally it is poorly soundproof.

  : The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They always gave me ideas where to.go once I did all the tourist attractions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable
  : Only thing was that the bathroom probably needed some repair but everything worked. Hot water was always available the showers were nice and strong.
