  : Very close to Yenikapi metro. Many cafes and restuarants nearby. Supermarket BIM is less than 100 meters away. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a great variety.
  : Room is musty if air con is not turned on. Suspect it was a smoking room since there is a ash tray provided. Bathroom floor needs levelling as water seems to pond.

  : Nothing, everything was awful
  : When we arrived the parking we reserved was used, we had to park in another part. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and 1 twin, but they gave us 1 queen and 1 twin, they refused to change us to a room with 3 beds as we booked. They told us it would be just for 1 night and they would change us but that didnt happened because the room we booked didnt exist. Also the booking we made was for 3 people and the room was set up just for 2 and when we asked for a body towel they brought us 2 hand towels, we had to dry after shower with that. One of the towels in the bathroom was used, it was dirty and with hairs. The personal at the hotel was rude and 0 helpful, after all the problems they refused to give us back the money, they stole 460 euros from us and booking.com didnt give us a proper answer, they always kept on saying they will call back and never happens, finally they just gave us back 15%. They are liars and thiefs, they didnt give us the room we booked and then refused to give our money back, we had to call the cops but didnt help at all. The breakfast is awful. Dont book here, the only thing your gonna get from here is problems and your money stole. After all we had to leave and book another hotel. Take screenshots of your booking because they can change it after, as they did with us, but we had the photos to back us up.
