Disappointing

  : The location is ok. Close to metro and train stations. The hotel is next to two bus stations, but not much bother from them. You can see the water and ships but the building around you not pretty (not their fault) Breakfast is ok for being included, but not outstanding or special. 3 kinds of cheeses (two sour), some pastries (always short on supplies), cheese rolls, boiled eggs, some kind of sausage, turkey deli, halva, plenty of bread and jams, soup, plus some oat meal
  : The carpet was very dirty. The bathroom has so much calcium deposits around toilet, sink and next to shower. The shower is dirty and has black stuff, it seems never really clean correctly and doesn't bother them to see it. Faucet and toilet leaking all the time, they close the faucet hard and still leaking. Smoking hotel and no none smoking rooms. Beds are very uncomfortable since mattress is more like spring box and super hard They don't change sheets during the stay except when we asked.

  : The location of the hotel is convenient, a 5-minute walk from the Yenikapi and Marmaray metro stations. A 10-minute walk from Aksaray and the Yusuf Pasha tram stop on T1 I don't know if the whole hotel is like this or just the room we were put in, but I was disappointed. = my reservation was for a room with 2 beds, but we were put in a room with one double and two singles. Since we were only staying for one night, I accepted it. = No amenities in the room! Very narrow. Everything is old and worn. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, but the hygiene in it is also questionable, and the door is noisy when closing/opening. = The breakfast is good, I have no complaints. In fact, I found the breakfast room to be the most beautiful and clean place in the hotel. = The staff is friendly.
  : The pictures on Booking.com show nice clean fresh rooms. In fact, everything is already old, shabby and generally not clean enough.

  : Breakfast was included in the room price which was great and were able to offer some gluten free options like eggs, olives and vegetables. The hotel has a good location with a metro and tram station in less than 5-8 minutes walking as well as places to eating out. In addition, the cleaning service was included daily with toiletries replacement. Reception is 24/7 and the staff allowed an early check-in
  : Wifi password had to be requested daily to reception but the staff tried their best to provide it promptly
