  : The staff were polite and tried to be helpful but unfortunately they lack English language and you need to use translation apps to communicate with them.
  : The facilities are bad and somehow outdated. Firstly you don't have the option to control the A/C from your control unit as its either broken or only reception control it so every time you need to switch on/off your A/C, you should call them and because they lack communicate properly in English, I was forced to go down in lobby from my floor (7) to translate for them what thermostate to use for A/C. Second problem room sound insulation was very bad and barely I can sleep from main street traffic noise. Thirdly, my window curtain has a nice wide road view but the curtain was shorter than the width of the window so you are exposed to opposite buildings and you suffer early wake up because of the sun, and I already suffered late sleep because of sound insulation and road noise. Fourth, hair drayers were broken. Fifth, there was no hand soap in the washroom. The location was quite far off around no 25m wake from kemeralty bazaar and shops area.

  : I would say its not a very new property, the WiFi was very weak and sometimes not able to connect to. The pillow is not very comfortable. other than these it was a really nice experience

Dirt and dust 5cm under and around all the beds Old furniture and floor covering Not working aircon Electric plug without plastic cover on it No hooks at all in the bathroom No shampoo and/or shower gel Wery weak breakfast Unfortunately, it was our first worst stay with booking.com properties. We asked for the room for us and 2 kids. And even its written on booking.com that they are nonsmoking rooms, when we asked if you have room that not smell like ashtray, we were informed, that not, they are all for smokers. Kids were too tired spending in the car all day to change the hotel, so we have had to sleep in this lovely room with smell of cigarettes, without aircon and plenty of other unbelievable things (like not protected electricity, no single possibility to hang your towel, height of the toilet that our kids were not able to use without our assistance).
