I had to ask every time for everything or figure it out myself. They didnt even indicate where my floor was. terible

  : We only stayed for one night, so it was not possible to add a full opinion, but the first impression exceeded expectations. The staff is helpful. Spacious room. Good breakfast with personalized service during a pandemic. Tea hour at 4 pm with desserts, salads and pizza. As well as tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Spa, sauna, hammam, massage, thermal pool and large swimming pool were in operation at the beginning of April 2021 and surprised with their quality. It was expected that everything would be much easier. There were very few spa visitors. There was only one person besides me, which was nice. The hardware is a little dated, but everything works. Big parking.
  : this hotel is not for tourists, so almost the entire space smells of cigarettes, even a non-smoking room, located away from the city center, on a bypass road

  : Reception staff can't speak a word pf English but funny thing is the ladies who are working as a waiter do. Do they replace those ladies with reception staff!

  : Did not have the oportunity due to their lack for accomodating us.
  : Dear Sir/ Madame,I am hereby informing you and must say that we, under we I understand me and my family, are utterly dissaponited with the above property, as we had our bookingcanceled on grounds, that there is no space left to accomodate us and they can not help us. Basically we have been left with 2 children without room and nowhere to rest after an exhausting day. Honestly this is just unforgivable and the hospitability was no n the essWe all beliveee that these type of accomadating facilities should respond to therir deeds and they should be applied penalties.if we as consumers are applied a fee this should be appliyed the other way arround. it would only just be fairBest regards,E I
