  : We like the location & area. We always come to Izmir for shopping in the old bazar and visiting some close friends we have in Izmir for more than 20 years.Emens Hotel is a pretty new hotel where we stayed the second - and for sure not the last - time.Clean hotel, cozy rooms and very comfortable beds.
  : To be honest, the breakfast needs to improve. Same problems with the coffee machine during our stays. And the ability to react at problems and wishes lets say like this: Its mostly a problem with the attitude from the stuff.An older European couple was sitting next to us. And he asked for sweetener for his coffee/tea because of his illness he would be not able to use sugar well, there was no sweetener available and after all it seems like that the stuff dont really care about. Many shops like Sok & BIM are within 1-2 minutes walking distance. I would love to see only ONE out of your stuff who would be so smart to recognize the real problem and the easy way for a smart solution like: Sorry - our mistake - please wait just 3-5 minutes we will organize sweetener for you.Well this will cost about 30-100 TL. But you would be able to made a customer out of a 1-time-guest.

  : Great upmarket hotel in Izmir. The hotels and rooms are new and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very attentive, especially with the valet parking. One could easily use it as a base to go around Izmir either by public transport or walking. Would recommend it for anyone having a brief stop in Izmir near the city centre.

  : Clean, comfortable, good breakfast (but come early). Valet parking was good.
  : Slow check in and a bit of attitude from staff. Location is ok but there is car park so its a trade-off.

  : Clean and beautiful rooms. Good mattress. Very friendly and staff - I asked the people at the reception where I could find the best baklava in the city and they were all very keen to help!
  : WiFi in my room was too slow for video calls. This was disappointing because I thought Emen's was meant to be a business hotel. I wish the WiFi was faster.

  : While the stay was fine overall, the treament by the staff was abysmal. After spending a day away, I brought a friend over to collect i gift I brought to turkey. Subsequently, my friend was accused of being a prostitute and I was forced to pay for a second tenant, even though she only stayed for a few minutes.
