  : There is nothing to like about the property, it was a horrible experience.
  : 1. The host made a direct whatsapp contact to us without any need for it while other means of comms like email would have been good 2. The Host requested that can we come after 5:30 because she is working while this was way beyond check in time. We accommodated their request and change our plans to be there at 5PM. Host requested again that can we push it to 6PM as she is working. We said we have kids with us and we can't be hanging around with them as we are paying full for the property. When we reached, host did not arrive after multiple phone calls host came around 6PM and started giving excuses that her boss did not let host come early. 3. The first thing host asks where is the money - we said money is not an issue we will give you as we don't have cash in hand we just need to find a nearest ATM. We were happy to give host some money as deposit and rest collect tomorrow. Host continuously asking about it and then phoned some other guy and going on and on for 30 mins. Finally host agrees that we will pay her rest tomorrow and we gave host advance. 4. Now host says let me prepare your room as host could not get early from work to prepare it. The whole house is just a miserable place. Host then tried to open a locked cabinet in the room and takes out few pillow covers and throws them on beds and then says room is ready. Then host gives us "Toilet paper" for kitchen towel. 5. The flooring of house is ages old, there are stains and black fungus everywhere. The beds are very poor. There was no bed sheet given. The only thing was on bed is the mattress cover an extremely rough clothing which won't even fit properly. The curtains wont even block any light. The whole house is just a mess. 6. Location of house: We booked because we trusted booking.com. This is a very unsafe area. The entire outside wall of house and surrounding houses are painted with graffiti, paint etc. This house should not be in market.

  : Size and location were great. The room set up also. The beds were very hard but better than too soft. Then contact to the owner was ist fast and good.

  : Pretty quiet place, positioned in a good zone in Bratislava.
  : We were 10 people and there is only one toilet and for sure this is a big problem. It is not ok to assume your apartment can host 10 people and have one toilet and two showers (maximum 6 people can live there). Also, it felt like the apartment was not very clean: the smell of bathrooms, the towels.
