  : The hotel was very clean , lovely staff , and in a good position off the Main Street. The tea and coffee facility in the room was a nice bonus.
  : As a suggestion although the breakfast buffet was very good ,it would have been nice if it had been supervised to ensure that food was handled carefully by the guests.

  : Brilliant location, lovely staff. Very few extras in the way of things like tea ,coffee,kettle fridge. This didnt matter much as cafe at the front door and restaurants in every direction.Great breakfast included in price.

  : Amazing location, yet was quiet and nice. The hotel had great breakfast, nice staff and a small reading room on the first floor. All the site seeing locations were very close.

  : This is a well presented and maintained hotel and we were pleased with the standard & size of the room we had selected. The frontage of the hotel is largely taken up with their public restaurant and actual access to the hotel is down a door/hall to the side and a few steps up to the reception. The hotel rooms are on the upper floors serviced by a single glass enclosed lift (or stairs). The hotel is in the "old town" area which - as it turned out - has restricted usage of cars including taxis, so it does mean a short walk from where a taxi has to drop you off. We were travelling by train and the hotel is just under 2km (direct) from the station, a bit longer by taxi (and with a price tag of 20-25 euros which seemed rather high). One of the souvenirs on sale in many of the tourist shops is a fridge magnet with the words "Where the f... is Bratislava". That summed up our prior knowledge of the city and so it was a delight to find how pleasant the main square and other areas of the inner town actually are.
  : Not a fault of the hotel but the "lane" in which the hotel is located did not have a name at the end we should have entered, so it took a bit longer to find the hotel than necessary.

  : Fantastic location, within walking distance of the entire old town. The rooms are very well sized and really comfortable.
  : It's certainly not wheelchair friendly, if you need an accessible hotel this isn't the one for you.

  : Location was great. Hotel very nice with comfortable beds. Bathroom shower was great. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

  : Spacious clean rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location made walking through old town easy as we were able to go back and forth to the room when needed.
