  : Amazing location, close to metro stop, all port wineries, Jardim du Morro, has a lift which is always a plus. Comfortable bed and great views from the balcony. So nicer staying on this side of the river, lovely walk into Ribeira and Ubers are very cheap!
  : No hand soap provided which should be a given I feel. Not enough toilet roll provided for 3 people for 4 days. Perfect size for up to 3 people. 4 people may be a struggle because living room/ balcony not as big.

  : The apartment is very nice and bright. Like in the pictures. The view over Porto is great. The kitchen has everything needed to cook.The location is good as it allows to reach the center by walk and its not so crowded and touristic as the center itself. Very close to the apartment theres a supermarket, a pastry shop and a pizzeria. I appreciated that the staff waited for me in the evening to give the keys.
  : There were a couple of problems during my stay and the staff was not very helpful in solving them.By the end of my stay I was still not able to turn on the lights in the bedroom and the hot water did not last long.The mattress was not uncomfortable, but it fit weird with the base of the bed, so it did not remain straight.

  : Once you get settled in, this modern apartment it is comfortable, in a very convenient location and the view over Vila Nova to the Douro river is special. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the breeze as the sun sets. The nearby Jardim do Morro is also good for watching the sunset, has a metro stop and there is a late night supermarket opposite. It is about a 20 minutes walk over the impressive Ponte Luis I bridge to the historical centre. The small kitchen is adequate for a few nights with a microwave oven, table-top oven, induction hob and expresso machine. The bathroom is good (with a hair dryer in the wall cabinet - push door to open) and towels are provided. There is a bar/restaurant adjacent to the entrance to the apartment block and a bakery shop close by.
  : The letting agency didn't respond to my queries pre-arrival and I just received automated emails from them. You have to pick up the apartment key from their office upon arrival (nearest Metro station Bolhoa). Press the intercom and someone will come and greet you. Then take metro line D to General Torres. The location of the entrance to the apartment block isn't obvious, so find the entrance to the restaurant Mirone and the door is on your right (mind the step as you go in). You may need earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Dogs bark late into the night in the neighbourhood and there is a railway line quite nearby. The apartment door locks itself automatically, so keep the key with you until you leave for the airport.

  : The floor of the kitchen was really bad cleaned with a lot of something like glue. i couldnt stay in socks. the window didnt shut and the hot water was almost never available.
