  : located close to a park, and walking distance to downtown.
  : loud. poor internet. service and ammenities provided to the absolute minimum standard possible, if at all. no update to the room for decades. large depressions in the bed. torn bedsheets and towels. furniture looks like it was acquired second-hand and experienced a flood at some point.

  : Close to 2 metro stations, and which are few stations away from the down town. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
  : When we arrived, it felt like the room had been unventilated for a while (smelled really bad). It was also impossible to open the windows since the window handles were missing or something like that. The next morning the the maid opened the windows (somehow) and it felt better. Also it felt not very clean and old. There were only 2 electrical sockets which were not close to the bad, so it was not very comfortable to charge our electronic devices.

  : Comfortable beds, fridge, air-conditioning, kettle, everyday floor and bathroom cleaning, taking out waste, making beds every day, quiet and safe neighbourhood, lift, possibility to buy breakfast, close to 2 underground stations (easy to get to the city centre), close to cafes, ALDI and PINGO DOCE, you can get your airport transfer from the hotel.
  : I didn't like the smell in my room, and the wardrobe was also a bit smelly (mustiness), there should be one more light in the bathroom over the mirror, I don't think changing towels every day is a necessity - it would be better to ask the guests if they need their towels to be changed every day or every second day (they could leave them on the floor if they wanted the towels to be changed).
