  : Clean, bright, safe neighborhood., close to metro. Somewhat walkable to main tourist areas if you are fit. Local neighborhood was cute. Gardens nearby. Gulbenkian museum nearby and makes for a wonderful visit

  : The location was excellentquiet and slightly removed from the main road hustle. Nearby, there are several good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The room was clean, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped due to the bidet. Additionally, there's ample parking and garage space available nearby.
  : I was quite disappointed with the staff at this hotel; their demeanor made me wonder if they were unhappy or even attempting to sabotage the hotel. Firstly, the hotel was unable to accommodate a request for an extra bed for a 12-year-old child, leading to unnecessary disputes over whether we could pay for this service. Although it was eventually resolved, the hassle was unwarranted. Upon our late evening arrival around 7-8 PM, the receptionist rudely noted he couldn't find the child's reservation (which we had made officially), despite having already collected the payment. He then informed us that we couldnt park in front of the hotel due to space being reserved for service vehicles and mentioned our car wouldn't fit in the garage. Contrary to his advice, parking was available everywhere, free from 7 PM to 9 AM, with plenty of private and municipal options during other hours. Additionally, there was confusion about the availability of slippers in the hotel. After multiple inquiries with negative responses from the same receptionist and being told by housekeeping that none were available, another staff member the next morning informed us that they were indeed available and offered to bring them to our room. This inconsistency was frustrating and suggested a lack of helpfulness from certain staff members. Lastly, I requested some tissues at the bar, and the bartender bluntly told me none were available, only for other guests to offer theirs, indicating they too had experienced similar issues. One final note: please consider removing the overpowering room fragrance from the corridors. It triggers allergies, and the chemical scent is unpleasant.

  : Room was modern, large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom big and with all the essentials covered. Blackout curtains helped us sleep well. Breakfast was good and had fresh juice and fruit, which was lovely.
