  : The building, internal patio, even though we did not use was very nice. Having a parking lot in Lisbon is very welcoming. And room was comfortable and clean.
  : The breakfast area, definitely is a downside for this good hotel. Underground, noise area, while they have a great restaurant area on the ground floor. We only went 1 day for breakfast downstairs. Definitely does not match the experience of the rest of the property.

  : Good morning My name is Colin Towers & Lisa towers. I would like to share our experience at this 5 star hotel. This is our wedding anniversary break and its been horrible and horrendous experience to say the least. We have stayed in many hotels and have never had any experience like this. Attached are some videos of this room and hotel its dreadful. Its ruined our wedding anniversary and to be honest we just cant wait to get back home. The hotel is beyond disgusting the spar is a complete disaster as the gym sana not working and the place is filthy. Room no iron no dressing gown no slippers all the simple things that you would expect. We have been disrupted for the last 3 days so far and more to come. Could not pack as you can see. The room is a disgrace and the place is filthy just look at the carpet its disgusting. I would not put my dog in here to stay. How can you put us in this situation we have paid 1600 pounds for this service how would you feel if it was you. We phoned up and you said that there is better deals and evening meal included yet you cant get you money back. How can you treat your customers in this way. We finally get a room change after 3 days of lost holiday we get to our new room. No Balcony yet we paid extra for one in the first place. The room is small than the first one and no better. Now the bathroom is blocked its just a disaster This has been the most upsetting experience for my wife and I. We dont mind paying for a service but look at how much money we have spent on this holiday its been ruined by this hotel and room choice. This is unacceptable to be put in this situation and ruined our wedding anniversary. Videos below

  : The location was perfect. El Cortez Englese was only a block away with access to the metro right at the store. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice. Rooms were a good size, nice bathroom. The only negative was that the air conditioning should have worked better in the room

  : The staff were so friendly. Eugenio the reception manager was exceptionally helpful and a credit to the hotel. Marko and Eugenia were so polite and handled any request with the utmost respect. A wonderful team any hotel would be delighted to have.
