Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Location and apartment size.
  : We had a big problem with returning the deposit. We got it back only after a month of urgency. And in addition, it was returned to a different account than I indicated. Communication with the accommodation is absolutely useless. It's definitely not worth the nerves.

Wonderful

  : Great, spacious, stylish, comfortable apartment. Great location near Metro. 2 local, good value restaurants nearby. Tacho, simple home cooked food. Next door a great pizza place, fresh and delicious.
  : Terrace could have had comfortable chairs on it. A welcome pack with local details and instructions would have been useful.

  : Although the property was clean and it was in a good location, I would not recommended staying again. We had arranged to arrive at 3pm. No one was there. I phoned several times with no answer. After half an hour I was beginning to think it was a scam and wondering where I would find a place for nine people. At 4pm an Uber guy arrived and entered the apartment. Nothing was said to us. I finally reached someone on the phone and they informed me the Uber guy would give me a key but I needed to give the Uber guy 200 euros cash for cleaning deposit. I refused and finally they agreed to take it off my credit card. I arranged for them to meet us at 10am on our departure day to ensure we would get our deposit back. No one showed so we left at 10:30. Definitely unacceptable customer service with much added stress.
