  : The onsite staff was friendly.
  : I recently stayed at the Bastion Hotel with a group of colleagues, having reserved five rooms. Due to a misunderstanding, we had to pay double for a room upon arrival. What was truly unacceptable was the post-visit customer service, which was a total disaster. They didn't try and resolve the issue at all. It's clear that they preferred to profit from the mistake rather than rectify it. I will not be returning to any Bastion Hotel and cannot recommend it to others. Disappointing to say the least!

  : I hate to admit it, but the hotel itself is pretty good. Only go here if you like to gamble and/or spend extra money.
  : They tried to scam me for paying for an extra night because they said it was in their policy that they can't change dates or refund. When that was exactly what happened. I got the arrival date changed by mistake and wasn't allowed to change it back, and when I got the bill, it was only for the original arrival date, aka. Before the change. When I checked in, they didn't mention that I was a day late, so I genuinely thought the mistake was fixed and didn't think more about it.That was until I tried to check out and the lady in the reception tried to argue that this was a mistake on booking.com side and that it said 27th in their system so I had to pay for the missing day.She even started threatening to blacklist and report me if I didn't pay.
