  : The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. My room had a view of the park on the opposite side of the street, which I liked. There is an Asian food market in the same "building" as well as a Chinese restaurant, but both are separate enterprises. There are several places in the park where one can go for food and drinks (not cheap and they tend to close early compared to Southern European standards).The location very near to the park, to the Maastunnel. the watertaxi and public transport makes it a good "home base" for getting around the wider Rotterdam area.
  : The room looked "stern" or "spartan". Closing windows is not easy (you need to lift them to be able to do so and they are a little heavy). Also my TV was out of order, which had apparently been the case for a while because the staff said so when I told them. I also feel that the desk is in the wrong place in the room (much to close to the door to the room). That may also be due to the absence of power outlets in other parts of the room where the desk would fit a lot better.There is really no lobby to speak of and they don't serve breakfast. So you are not expected to spend much time in the hotel.
