Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Location is convenient
  : The worst experience I had! Please do not be fooled by the reviews you see online, as they do NOT represent the reality. We found dirty bed sheets and a poorly made bed, the water from the sink would not drain properly, accumulating all the dirt and the moquette in the common spaces is absolutely filthy. The personnel is completely absent and unrecognizable, so much that we had mistaken the receptionist for another client (no greeting, no welcome whatsoever). We had booked two nights but we decided to check out one night early as we could absolutely not stay one minute longer. We asked for a refund of the second night and they told us they could offer a 25% refund of the total stay in exchange of a very good review (!!!). We finally did not receive ANY refund as I rather be honest with my review and help other customers AVOID spending their money in this place.

  : The main reason for staying here is that it was affordable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was okay. The location is okay, nothing special but not too bad.
  : Check-in and check-out are impersonal because there is no staff; you do this on a tablet. It worked well, but the whole process was kind of ''cold''. I knew this when I booked so I do not want to complain about it too much, but this is unlikely to become my favorite hotel in Rotterdam.

  : They helped me with storage after check out and with any other question that I had. The room was spacious.
  : There are constructions on the road at the moment,which made it a bit difficult to arrive by public transport.

  : Easy check in ,good central location
  : Close to a noisy street, but given the location to be expected

  : Great location near the metro. Everything was close by. Street was under construction so not a lot of traffic.
  : Room was a little hot from time to time and the thermostat was locked so I couldn't adjust it.
