  : The host are very disrespectfulThe host enter our apartment when we were sleeping without any permission try every thing to take the insurance 1- They throw a garbage in front of the door and to blame us. 2- The host said you can check out at 12 But she was lying and they take a extra money because we check out at 11 And there is Too many thingsShe is the worst host One advice for you Even if you didn’t break any thing the host will try her best to take your insurance The host is a thief

  : Location was great and the apartment was clean
  : The internet was down despite numerous emails and promised to fix it. We were there for work and were forced to walk to a nearby coffee shop to work. Also, there was extremely loud construction noises (sawing, drilling, banging) from 6am every morning including the weekends. As a traveler trying to adjust to a 9 hour time difference, this made it nearly impossible to sleep without earplugs.

  : The apt was spacious and in theory had an adequate number of bedrooms and showers and toilets. The apt was also close to city attractions and grocery shopping. The main floor had lots of light and the living room sofa and dining room furniture was very comfortable. The main floor was also well insulated with double glazed windows so there was no noise from the street.
  : The apt we stayed in was not what we saw on the web site. I feel it was a bait and switch situation. We expected a third floor apt with a balcony and we got a first floor apt with the bedrooms below Street level. 1: One of the bedrooms was uninhabitable due to the level of Street noise. Some serious insulation is needed. We are used to city life as we live in NYC and Edinburgh but this front bedroom sounded like you were in the middle of the street. It was impossible to sleep in that room. A second bedroom was not really a bedroom but a hallway with a door leading to the back garden. 2: There was no exit from the downstairs bedrooms in case of a fire as this door was permanently locked. 3: The showers and tub were below Street level and the water backed up into the showers with a sewer smell when the tub was drained. You tried to fix it but the problem persisted during our stay. 4: Also there was not an adequate supply of pots and pans for cooking. Lots of plates but one small pot, 2 pans and only 3 bowls?We had such high expectations for our stay at CitiDen and I felt we were taken advantage of. It is a great disservice to advertise one three bedroom apt online and then not have that available when we show up. We had no choice but to accept what we were shown when we arrived as I was told no other three bedrooms were available. It was a great disappointment.
