  : We loved our stay, we would definitely stay again if we were back in Amsterdam. The staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely, it's got a qaint feel to it as you walk into reception. I LOVED the decor of the upstairs hall and our room. We were on the yellow floor it's really quirky. We were away for my birthday my husband mailed ahead and the hotel helped him decorate the room and get me a cake which was lovely. I saw some reviews saying the beds weren't comfortable I don't know what they're talking about as I found it super comfy and slept like a baby!The location was absolutely perfect. Far enough away that it wasn't to noisy but close enough to be able to walk to the station, town centre etc. We didn't eat here so can't comment but the coffees are lovely!
  : I wasn't keen that the toilet was a separate cubicle away from the wash basin but not a big deal. I guess it's the design and edginess of it. I do think given the price that breakfast could of been included, even just continental.

  : We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location. Situated right in the heart of the city, it made exploring all the major attractions incredibly convenient. We were just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shopping and the attractions. The prime location truly enhanced our experience, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The girls at the hotel reception were excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their helpfulness and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
  : The room we stayed in was small and dark, lacking sufficient lighting and space to move around comfortably. It felt cramped and did not meet our expectations for a relaxing stay. But since we were there for just a night and checking out very early it wasn't a major bummer. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, although we missed having a full-fledged restaurant on-site. While breakfast options were available, the absence of a restaurant for lunch or dinner limited our dining choices within the hotel. However, the staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining options, and we appreciated their assistance in navigating the area. Overall, while the lack of a restaurant was a minor inconvenience, it did not detract significantly from our enjoyable stay.

  : The staff was very friendly and offered good service.
  : Very dark and very small rooms with no room even to put our luggages. I was feeling clusterphobic with less than two feet space between door and bed and bed and walls.

  : Staying on the black floor took a while to get used to. But room was good.

  : Room was clean and comfortable, the location was very central and the staff were very helpful.The breakfast, although fine, I thought was expensive at 35 euros a couple.
  : Although not the fault of the hotel, I found the streets covered with garbage and litter and the black bin bags outside the hotel had been shredded by seagulls.

  : Brilliant central location, not far from Central station and especially good for exploring the more sedate and pretty west canals.
  : A very minor thing - double bed was awesome but I could have done with a thinner pillow. Two lovely plump pillows but i needed a choice of at least one slimmer one. I got neck ache.
