  : Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the tram stops and very walkable. Tons of stuff close by, high quality finishes, especially the shower and showering products. I would stay again. Also, the staff went above and beyond with helpfulness and suggestions. Shout out to the front desk guy, Vincent! He was amazing. Lastly, the bar and restaurant seemed very nice but we didn’t have time to try them.
  : No elevator. Be prepared to take the steps. Also, the mattress was a tad thin so it wasn’t the most comfortable.

  : Rooms were cleaned every day. Lovely complimentary toiletries and snacks. Staff were helpful and friendly.
  : Smaller than advertised. Couldn’t open a window and was very hot. Not enough tea/coffee.

  : The room was nice but there were no slippers.
  : The stairs are very annoying to get in and out and carry luggage 3 stories high. At the checkout I was an hour late, and the reception guy was rude over charging my card 25 euros, which he had already done and that he was just informing me.

  : Stylish and cozy room, fantastic bedding, nice photobooks to skim through while sitting on a design sofa, complimentary snacks.
  : At hotels of such level you expect things to be flawless. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't the case. While the terrace was a "specialty" of the room, it looked as if it's never been used nor cleaned, so it was unpleasant to spend time at such dusty place. As for the bathroom supplies, what supposed to be body wash barely spread on skin whereas what supposed to be hair conditioner was too runny and foamy. Apparently the content of the two bottles was misplaced. It was also impractical to arrange for some tea: the cord of the electric teapot was too short to reach the socket, so every time you have to place the pot on the floor. And lastly, communication with the hotel prior to the visit was so poor. I needed to make certain arrangements and the hotel either didn't respond at all or responded too late for me to arrange anything.
