  : The AC made an intermittent bussing/rattling noise making it difficult to sleep. The batteries in the safe had not been checked, and the safe didn’t work.

  : Overpriced, not service-oriented, unprofessional, and unfriendly! The staff at the location cared more about gossiping than guests than actually providing any kind of good service. Whenever we came down to the reception, they were either eating or relaxing in the back. They were extremely unfriendly, negatively talking about me and my mother since we didn't accept the room they gave us. We weren't even able to open up our bags since the rooms were TINY. NO VALUE FOR MONEY!!! They were not service-oriented at all! I stayed for a couple of nights, and the housekeeping didn't manage to clean my room TWICE. When I told them that I will be gone and in the city for a couple of hours and asked them to clean the room, they did not clean the room for FOUR hours until they came to my room at 4pm. NOT SERVICE ORIENTED AT ALL. Do not go here by any means!! They have no idea what service actually means, and there is no value for money. They do not accommodate your needs at all, and it was all in all an absolute horrible hotel stay. The rooms and the hotel are very old and worn out. There are several marks and stains in the rooms and on the wall, which look absolutely disgusting.

  : It's nearby the flower market, canal cruises, metro, shops and restaurant. Huge comfy bed, warm shower and cool airconditoned system.
  : It is quite a challeng to control the lights, you need to asks for bath amenities such as towels and shampoos. Not advisable for huge luggages coz the flight of stairs
