  : Really lovely hotel surrounded by a nice neighborhood filled with restaurants, parks, canals and all things Amsterdam. Do check out the food market right next to the hotel! In Amsterdam everything seemed to be in walking distance, but if you're not loving the walks, there are tram stops 200 meters from the hotel entrance.
  : Booking.com's bed preference hadn't reached the hotel. They were thankfully able to accommodate our wish for separate beds, but it caused unneeded stress when checking in. When booking, do contact the hotel separately to make sure they are aware.

  : An awful experience at this hotel. We found a bedbug after the first night and immediately alerted reception who seemed unsurprised. I was left with bites all over my body. We were then told we would need to find a new hotel to stay in (at our own cost) and assured that we would get a full refund and our clothes fully laundered to ensure no contamination. The next day we were then told they would not be able to launder our clothes in time for our departure even though they had 1 and a half days to arrange this. When we came to collect our clothes we were greeted very coldly by the manager and they tried to make us foot the bill for a taxi to our new hotel with our big case. I was told the refund would take 5 days and when I contacted to check in on this after 10 days, when I still had not received a refund I was told I’d have an update in a few days and when that wasn’t received, upon chasing again, I was then told that the hotel was no longer responsible and I was to contact Booking.com. Luckily Booking.com were extremely helpful and able to sort the refund with speed. As we had not factored in the extra cost of a second hotel during our stay, you can imagine our frustration at the extra lengths we had to go to to receive the refund, let alone the awful experience in general of finding bed bugs in a 4* hotel!

  : Nice clean hotel in great location, not far from the centre but away from too much activity, close to really nice local food and activity spaces. Great staff too!

  : Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel has very cool vibes, very clean and in a very quiet location.
  : There was 0 natural light in the room. We knew that it is supposed to be dark but not THAT dark. Made mornings a little bit rough. Quite remote from city center.Bathroom doors and not sealed so there isn't much privacy in the room.
