  : The staff at all times were exceptional. The hotel foyers and eating area etc, were great and the breakfast was excellent - thank you to management for offering that to us for free due to our feedback below. I would stay in this location and with Eden again, just would be careful re: the apartments.
  : The apartments were convenient and the bathroom and kitchen were excellent and the small outdoor terrace very much appreciated, and of course great location looking out on to the canal. However, the bed in our apartment was not good with both of us falling into the middle, so a new matress is needed. The other thing was the sofa in the living area was extremely uncomfortable and actually quite hard to sit on, which was a shame as it was a nice area.

  : 4 flights of exceptionally steep stairs to get to the apartment, not ideal for anyone not in good physical condition. Foul sewage and urine smell coming from bathroom and toilet

  : Very unComfortable sleeping arrangement, the bed had 2 mattresses stuck together not one. The bathroom upstairs didnt include a toilet, and the bathroom downstairs didnt include a sink.

  : Disproportion price - quality! Unhelpful arrogant staff, looking very annoyed, especially the elderly gentleman in the lobby (perhaps the manager), so it is no wonder that almost at every step you could feel the "no wellcome" policy... Particularly important to point out the way the problems were solved: in the room, the windows with a partial view of the canal could not be opened. The windows were too heavy and could not be fixed in the open position. The third window, which faced to the inner courtyard with a roof underneath it, could be opened, but the view of the roof was terrible. It was a mess, including rodent excrements!!!.such a horrible and disgusting find It was unacceptable to ventilate the room through this window!!! The idea that something could creep into the room in an "excellent" and not cheap hotel seemed absurd! We took pictures of this horror and went straight to the reception. When we showed the photo and tried to explain the situation, we were promised that they would look at the windows. Upon returning from our walk, we discovered that one of the non-functioning windows was propped up with a wooden stick... The dirt and rodent excrements on the roof had not been cleaned up, and we are not even mention about deratization. Excuse me, but a wooden stick supporting a heavy window and rodent excrement in a modern hotel nowadays?! Definitely not recommended!!!!

  : Lots. Apartments need updating. The kitchen was poorly equipped and no tea towels, dishwasher/dish liquid etc are made available. Also they say soundproof which is not correct.Carpet and lounge had many stains on it.
