  : Location Nice reception area
  : Door handles on the balcony and bathroom broke off and was unable to lock the balcony door. Told the receptionist about this and no solution was given. Was reprimanded for using our balcony despite not being told we werent aloud to use it. We were only told we couldnt smoke on the balcony which implied we were aloud to use it.No towels provided including bath Matts and hand towels leading to water all over the floor as the shower was an open showerNo ventilation in bathroom No lid on the toilet Stains all over the white wall

  : Nothing to like, awful bedsit/ prison camp. I didn't even stay a single night, it was ice ice cold and unbearable. You should not advertise yourself as a "Hotel". Understand the meaning of the word first. Stayed here in mid October when it's raining and freezing cold and my hotel room had NO HEATING whatsoever. I mentioned it twice to the reception and nothing was done about it. I sat in my room with my hat, gloves and 3 layers of clothes on before I used my initiative and fled the cold hell by booking A HOTEL with all of the BASIC amenities.
  : I didn't even stay a single night, it was ice ice cold and unbearable. AWFUL place, avoid at all costs and never book this place if you expect an ounce of decency for your stay. And what's worse is you had the audacity to claim to booking.com that you set your temperature to 21degrees at night?! I touched an ice cold heater ALL NIGHT until I couldn't bear it anymore and had to leave immediately. No thanks to Booking.com either for not helping me in this situation, you should be ashamed! Also the toilet/shower area was one space without a door, honestly what an awful embarrassing existence of a place. Do Amsterdam a favour and CLOSE YOUR PLACE DOWN!!!!!

  : The rooms are being renovated and our room was 'tired' and required renovation. For instance, there was existing damage to the walls from using the shower.
