  : I asked for twin beds in advance and they couldn't accommodate. My friends hotel were able to have thei room ready at 10am. Mine at The Bird was ready after 2pm. Some of the saff at the counter in the lobby were nice ( woman), others almost unfriendly (man).

  : Location was central and everything was in easy walking distance. It was in the quieter part of the town close to nice restaurants and pubs
  : The room was a little on the small side with not a lot of space for hanging clothes

  : Good location for accessing major sites without being overly touristy.
  : very functional accomodation with a cramped bathroom. scaffolding outside for one night of our stay was a surprise, as was the absence of any hot water on our first night. decor was a little tired. Some outside noise at night.

  : Friendly staff and very welcoming and very thoughtful as it was my birthday they sent a bottle of prosecco and some flowers. That was nice and very clean all throughout the hotel

  : absolutely nothing. horrendous property, riddled with bed bugs, all over our room, the manager then tried to blame us for the bugs saying they had previously had the hotel exterminated but clearly not. disgusting and should not be allowed to open. there was construction happening with men outside our window constantly looking in, we were not told about this until arrival. staff are absolutely horrible, no customer service at all and completely unwilling to help. aircon does not work remotely and no way to fix it. was offered a refund of one night and it took over 2 MONTHS of persistent phone calls and messages for the hotel to even confirm my refund with booking.con, whatever you do, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
